A number of reasons can cause irritated skin. Maybe you tried out a new skincare product that did not suit you. Or you mixed up a few products on your own and it gave you a reaction. You can take instant oats. If you have rolled oats then it is better to grind them first.
Take 1 teaspoon of Oats (instant or powdered)
Mix them with 1 table-spoon of water
Gently apply this mixture on your skin.
6- Be Gentle:
Please be gentle with your skin especially when it is irritated. Avoid using harsh cleansers, scrubs and exfoliating ingredients on your skin. Do not use physical exfoliators and scrubs.
Only use gentle and soothing ingredients on your skin. Do not rub your face to dry it after cleansing. Just pat it dry.
7- Avoid Temperature Change:
Sudden temperature changes can also cause skin irritation over time. If you are traveling to a new country with a different climate, the chances of your skin getting irritated are high. Because, just like the rest of your body, our skin needs its time to adjust.
For example: when it is cold outside, avoid coming from outside into your warm and heated house.
The solution is to adjust your home temperature to a normal temperature that is bearable. After a few minutes change it to the warm you like.
